100% natural purified Zeaxanthin extracted from marigold flowers (Tagetes erecta L), which has been standardized and stabilized with antioxidants. The product is micro-encapsulated in a tablet grade matrix formulation.
Appearance
Free flowing, fairly homogeneous particles, with brilliant orange color, a granular-flake shape and mild characteristic odor
Applications
To be used as a source of Zeaxanthin in nutritional supplements, multi-vitamin complexes, food applications, animal feed and pet food, and cosmetics. This material has been designed for direct compression for tablet production as well as two pieces capsules.
Solubility
Dispersible in warm water (above 35°C), forms an orange dispersion.
